About AIKERYX
Who writes AIKERYX, why we built it, how we stay independent from vendors, and how to tell us when we get something wrong.

Who we are
AIKERYX is a small independent team, not a media group. Our backgrounds are in content production, video, and software development, and we are heavy daily users of the tools we write about: we generate images, cut video, write and ship code, and run automations with them. That matters because we evaluate tools against real workloads rather than against a marketing page.
Why we built it
Three recurring frustrations pushed us into building this site.
- Marketing language. Vendors describe capability in ways that are hard to test, and benchmark charts rarely match what happens on a real project.
- Confusing pricing. Plans, seats, overage, and regional differences make it hard to know what a tool will cost in a normal month of use.
- Credit mechanics. Credit-based systems are usually explained vaguely, so buyers discover the real burn rate only after they have paid.
We wanted a place where those three questions get answered with specifics: what a tool does well, where it breaks, and what it costs to run at a realistic volume.
How we work
We pay for subscriptions, run tools on our own projects over weeks rather than hours, and record what we consume. Every score follows the same published framework, described in full on our methodology page. Where a vendor gives us test access, we label it on the page.
Independence
- We accept no payment for positive coverage, and no vendor pre-approves our drafts.
- Commissions from affiliate links do not influence scores, rankings, or conclusions. Details are on our affiliate disclosure page.
- Any sponsored placement, if we ever run one, will be labelled as advertising and kept separate from editorial content.
We aim to be honest about uncertainty. If a result is inconsistent or a measurement is noisy, we say so instead of smoothing it into a clean number.
Corrections and feedback
If you find a factual error, an outdated price, or a conclusion you think is unfair, email hello@aikeryx.com. We aim to acknowledge quickly, verify against primary sources, and correct the page. Substantive corrections are noted on the page with the date, so readers can see what changed and when. We would rather be corrected than be comfortable.
Contact
Email hello@aikeryx.com. We are a remote team, so there is no office to visit and no phone line to call; email is the reliable way to reach us.
